Ford dealerships near me (Towson, MD)

My business travel plans changed so I didn’t have the opportunity to view the vehicle as planned. Overall, the staff response to my enquiries was exceptional and everyone was courteous and helpful. Perhaps in the future!

Bait and switch for me. The original listing had a generic photo of a similar truck and while inquiring, actual photos showed up........

I would of gave 5 stars if it wasn't for a passive aggressive email from one of their associates. I chose another trim version of the vehicle at another dealership. They reached out to see if I was still interested and I politely told them I have found my vehicle and thank them for reaching out. Now when you look for cars you usually pick a few options to choose from and let the dealerships know you're interested. So that's what I did and particularly this one I did put an application in but ultimately chose elsewhere. Therefore I did received a lot of emails and texts asking if I'm still interested in other vehicles and I'm sure I missed some emails and of course couldnt respond. It gets overwhelming but I'm responding now to let them know I've found elsewhere. I recieved a very nice congratulatory email from Lindsey Packer the other day, but this morning is when I received that passive aggressive email. I won't mention who sent it or what it said but it was not appreciated at all.

Very respectable and trust worthy, and they do negotiate to work with you not against you and I was able walk out with a new vehicle fairly priced
