Ford dealerships near me (Rye, NY)

This dealer made me waste my time. They agreed to a deal to change the seats but then were going to charge me. Most importantly they have a shady deal with the financing. They ran my credit and then came up with a super high monthly payment that made no sense at any interest rate. They are trying to scam people. Beware!

BUYER BEWARE! I bought a 2019 Mustang GT PREMIUM from them 3 days ago. THIS WAS THE WORST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE! The car was delivered filthy. I had to wash and wax it myself. Car has dents in the roof which they refuse to fix. CAR DELIVERED WITH LITTLE TO NO OIL IN THE ENGINE only the very tip of the dip stick is wet. They claim they put in 8 quarts...OWNERS MANUAL CLEARLY SAYS IT TAKES 10 QUARTS. I'd be surprised if there is 2 quarts in the car! One key provided and "maybe" get the second key fob if the former owner sends it to the dealership. They did not change wipers as promised. Exposed bare wire from back up alert in trunk right above gas tank. The only mats they put in the car was one paper mat. They made me pay $26. for touch up paint they told me they were going to give me for free. This dealership PUTS PROFITS BEFORE PEOPLE. AVOID THEM LIKE THE PLAGUE!

Would rather walk than buy a car from here. The sales person was nice but that is the only good thing can say. The cars were a mess, The process of looking at them is slow and grueling. No warranty unless 2016 or newer, so buyer beware.

Dealer was informative and responsive. Although we did not agree to a price, I would recommend this dealership based on my experience.
