The car I was interested in was accurately described and matched what I saw when I arrived. It was clean and ready to go, which I really appreciated. The staff was friendly, professional, and took the time to answer my questions without making me feel pressured. The staff were great. However, they wanted to apply a DOCUMENTARY FEE of $799 to the purchase price, in addition to tax and registration. This fee was never discussed, which makes the stated purchase price higher than advertised. I consider this to be deceptive. Taxes and registration fees are a given, but you should expect the advertised price to be the price that you could buy the car for. Also, I told them over the phone that I had an older, classic car I wanted to trade. They had ther VIN # and the mileage in advance. They asked me to bring the car in and then said it was too old.
