My husband and I worked with Dan. He was not very transparent with the price of the vehicle and once we asked questions, he refused to answer all the questions regarding the vehicle. He also got very defensive whenever we were discussing the price and add-ons to the vehicle and asked us “do you want to buy the vehicle or not because I have two other people waiting if this falls through.” I found this to be very unprofessional and it’s truly discouraged us from wanting to even work with this dealership after that. We are now in our new vehicle that we purchased through a different dealer and we are so happy with the experience.

The salesman Gregg was patient with us as our bank's email was down so it was really difficult to get the insurance paper work. Ryan was helpful as well.

The car I wanted, the 2024 Ford Bronco Sport Outer Banks AWD was not available,still listed by CarCurus. Tried to sell me a different car, I drove there especially for the 2024. Not happy.
