Purchased a 2020 Lincoln Navigator here. Matthew took command of things and Ray was most knowledgeable and responsive correcting and providing remedy addressing all of our concerns.

Useless….comes to mind. Cannot wait till all dealerships become service centers to our on line orders. Asked two questions that I received no answers. The advertised car mysteriously is sold.. a bait car came to mind. Done with Ford Motor, dealerships, and Jim Farley.

Valeria did a fine job showing me the vehicles they had on site and while I could not agree on a vehicle I felt Valeria did a fantastic job and would recommend her in the future.

This has been the only car buying experience I’ve had where the buyer is more interested in buying than the dealer in selling. I had to call multiple times and say that I was interested. What a chame that the only manual transmission car that I liked was there. After I was finally able to speak to a manager, we agreed a monthly payment over the phone, then after I drove for over an hour, added the car to my insurance, I was told that the monthly agreed price didn’t include taxes and that he probably misunderstood the financier when he told him the base price. End result since I was in love with the car, I end up paying almost $100 more every month. Please beware of this, ask a million times (3 times is not enough because I did it), and see it in writing before you make a decision if that’s the only dealer that has the car that you want. If you can go somewhere else, I would really recommend it. The only nice experience I had was Jorge Madruga the guy that prepared the car for me
