Ford dealerships near me (Covington, GA)

I LOVED working with them! I actually bought from them because I loved their customer service from day 1. They were very informative through texts and emails. They were friendly and knowledgeable walking in the door. And my salesman along with the finisher in finance were both amazing.

The salesman didn't want to take my trade in. Part of the reason, was because he was trying to make salesman of the month. I overheard him talking to another employee about it. He told me since I wasn't putting any money down, I need to put the car that I am still paying for, on Turo. The way he can sale me the car, then use the money he thinks I would make from Turo to pay two car notes. I definitely will not be back to that dealership.

Poor customer service....would email to ask if there were questions and not repsond when asked,send same email later on...not sure they even read the messages ....
