Dealerships near me (Columbia City, IN)

Bought the car ask for full service, wheel bearings, clean up rotors, check brakes, flushtransmission, change timing belt, and wanted to know if car needs anything else. I Paid for car, new tires etc. All I received was oil change, new tires I bought, and maybe timing belt still trying to figure out if the timing belt was actually changed. I thought they would have taken more of interest in helping me, as this car was for my daughter a new driver. Plus I literally just bought a 2024 kia soul a month earlier. I basically felt I had to beg and plead to get things done for my daughters safety that didn't get done. I guess I should get proof before I pay in full next time.

I would strongly discourage people from doing business at this dealership. I was highly interested in a vehicle at this location, made an appointment to see the vehicle, and had made previous financial plans to purchase the vehicle. I even confirmed the truck was still available prior to making the drive, which was nearly two hours. When I was no more than 25 minutes away, I received a text message from the salesperson letting me know the vehicle had been sold online and was no longer available to me.

Dealer never called or reached out until after a week. When they finally texted the message was, " Hey! Where did you go? Are you still interested in the car?".

I enjoyed my experience with this dealer..every person that helped me or that I came in contact with was professional and friendly..
