Bait and switch. Tell you whatever you want to hear to get you in the door and then hit you with 5K in add ons. Very unprofessional staff.

If I could rate less I would. They have very poor communication. I would rather not do business with them. I made an appointment to see a vehicle that was available. I went to see the vehicle and they tell me it's been sold. I rushed home from Nevada to make the appointment!

Well I was told this car was still available I wanted it I was got there it was sold and they wanted me to wait to talk to Dawn because she was with another customer yeah right not friendly service at all

It took multiple calls and messages on my part to finally connect with the sales manager. The salespeople were underwhelming, not helpful, and unknowledgeable about out of state buyers like myself. Then lo and behold the sales manager and I connected and he gave me some numbers. The sales price was very good; however, like many other dealers do, they load the car with dealer add-ons that totaled $3984 plus tax! No sale.

While they don't currently have a car that fits my needs, general manager Mark Thomas was extremely helpful answering questions about Maserati's in general. He even went so far as to pull up history on a Ghibli at another dealership which hadn't provided much info on the car they were selling. If the car I am looking for turns up at Mark's store, I wouldn't hesitate making a visit!

Trash. Came in to purchase a truck. Walked up to help desk, said I’d like to see a particular truck. They respond “phone number”. I say no thank you, I’d just like to look at the truck. They say well that’s the process. I say ok and leave as they laugh about it. They’re also still adding $4k markups on their trucks. Just another shady pack of scumbags disguised as a car dealer. I look forward to the day all dealers told and we deal direct with the manufacturers.
