Chrysler dealerships near me (Covington, GA)

This dealer was not only rude, but they thought we did not know what our car was worth after checking online ourselves. The man who attended us had a bad attitude. He would be nice at moments when there was someone else that worked there around. They told us this car was already sold, and that has been over a week ago, and it is still posted on this website. They were very insistent on us looking at other similar vehicles. They showed us a similar vehicle, same model, and it was 10 grand more after they told us they would look into getting it down in our price range. Then they said they could not do that. This place is a joke. They only show interest when someone puts money down and has a great credit score, do not go there if you do not have money down or a good credit score, for they will be rude about it.

They attempted to contact me several times and were very helpful. I will do business with them in the event I purchase a vehicle.

The dealer contacted me and I had a chance to drive the vehicle. The vehicle was detailed and looked nice. After checking out a couple of other cars, I intend to get back to them to see if a deal can be made.

I contacted the dealership and set an appointment. When I got the dealership the car wasn't ready, it wasn't even on the lot. After waiting for some time, they finally brought the vehicle around but it wasn't drivable because the battery had died. I feel that this should have been addressed before my appointment. I didn't go back to this dealership as I wasn't provided with good customer service on the first visit.

He answered all my questions without wasting any time trying to schmooze me. We agreed on a good price before I committed. No BS. Loved dealing with him!
