Had to wait a long time to complete purchase.l was told the vehicle had been checked out l had problems the next day.l tried to the salesman left message and still haven't heard from him.l will never shop there again........

All the people that I talked to, and or met, were very professional and courteous. There is a difference between getting paid and earning your pay, these people actually earn their money. It is sad that I can not say that about almost every politician, it would be a good idea for every politician or elected official to stand by and take notes from these people on how to do an outstanding job.--Wishful thinking. Bottom line is, the average person would not last 2 days doing what, and putting up with what these people encounter. Two things that I would recommend: 1. If a buyer meets with a salesperson, and the salesperson does and outstanding job, the buyer should give the salesperson a tip, or at least an excellent review online, just as someone would if they went to a restaurant and had outstanding service.--Even if the buyer does not purchase a vehicle at that time, outstanding service is still outstanding service! 2. If a buyer meets with a salesperson, and the salesperson does and outstanding job, and the buyer does purchase a vehicle at that time, there should be an extra form added to the paperwork. A form asking if the buyer would like include a tip, or add a review, or both. If anyone has doubts about these people earning their pay, just try doing their job a day or two.

Serg is amazing! We saw the jeep online and came into test drive it. His communication, follow up, and professionalism made us want to buy from him. He wasn't pushy like most salesman. He even stayed late after work (2 extra hours) to help us finalize the deal. He had a newborn at home! Our finance guy was awesome, too. Very personable (he ran into Cam Newton at Lenox). The staff, facility and inventory are one of the best we've seen in Georgai and we are big jeep people. We will be back to upgrade in a few years. Thank you Landmark and Serg!!

I drove 350 miles to get there with money in hand . The car was clean minus floor mats , owners manual And spare key . It still took an excessive amount of time to get the paper work done for the purchase of this vehicle . Then on the drive back home i noticed the car vibrating and looking to be a $700+ drive shaft plus repair bill . Called the dealer ship the next morning because it was after closing hours before the paper work was finally done and left a message for some one to call me back and that was a week ago still no call !

It took me two contact forms but they did respond and were easy to work with. The salesman sent me lots of pictures and was helpful in getting some minor body damage fixed. I wish they would have programmed me a second key so I wouldn't have to chase one down but, all things considered, I feel like a I got a great deal.

Great experience! Can't say enough about our Sales Associate - she worked hard to get the deal done. Sales Manager and Finance Manager were great to work with too. We drove 260 miles to get this car. We'd do it again based on our experience. This is definitely the place to buy a Fiat. Oh, we love the car too!!

Never bought the SUV that I looked at, I found another that had more features, but my interaction with the staff and sales person was awesome. They were not trying to push a car on me, gave me an opportunity to test drive multiple vehicles for comparison and allowed me to take the SUV that I was interested in home overnight. I had an awesome experience at Landmark Fiat of Atlanta. If they had the SUV I needed I would have purchased directly from them.

This dealer is selling a 2010 Chevy Corvette GS 3LT with 38,500 mi. They are showing the car without detailing it to Corvette standards. The did not even take time to dust the dash. I was really disappointed. It is a disgrace for Landmark to show a Corvette with such poor taste. I will never shop at their store again. The car is worth far less than they are asking in it's condition.

This is a great dealership, friendly, has a great atmosphere and can make you a good deal because they are a large facility and are a volume seller. Inventory is good but are willing to find what you want to accomodate your needs. I would recommend them.

Everyone at the dealership was responsive, courteous, and open. They responded to my emails promptly and were forthcoming about all the information they had regarding the car in which I was interested. When it came time to make a deal on the car, we agreed very quickly on a price that I felt was fair for their car and mine.

They were great. They gave me a GREAT deal, even lowering the price another $500.00 from the internet price. Then they delivered it to my work 2 1/2 hours away, Free of charge. They went above and beyond to make sure I was happy while I was at the dealership and afterward.
