Chevrolet dealerships near me (Livonia, MI)

Made an appointment to meet with them on a Saturday. Drove 45 minutes and arrived at the agreed time. The person I was scheduled to meet had left early without a phone call. I was told there was no one there to help me and I would need to come back Monday. Not what I would consider customer service.

Terrible experience. Drove two hours to look at a beautiful Denali they had. When I got there, the truck was beautiful just like the photos, then go to drive it there was no gas in the truck, the ac didn’t work, then radio cut off while driving it. Then when I got back to the dealership and only ask about the ac not working the sales guy told me they know nothing about the truck and it was sold as it. And that was it, and they didn’t want to talk about what I had found wrong. Which sucks because I would have bought the truck if they would have talked to me more and maybe try to fix the problems, but the guy couldn’t of cared less. It was total waste of my time.

Jon Lamet is an awesome salesman willing to go the extra mile to help you get the vehicle that you want even though I have not got my vehicle yet . I appreciate his Ability and his kindness towards me.and being a part of my adventure of finding my truck. Thank you Jon keep up the great work
