When I got to the dealership mid-week (Wednesday), (I made a prior appointment), found out the vehicle was not ready for a test drive, as it had not been detailed I was able to see it as is but it was locked. On the day of the next appointment (couple of days later) I checked with the salesperson and they informed me the vehicle is no longer available and had been sold that morning.

I put a deposit on a new Trax July 29, 2023, I was told car will be here August 2, 2023, called salesman. he told me you ordered a LS yours didn't come in should be next week we don't know what's coming in for sure but yours should be here. week and a half later no didn't come in yet after 4 weeks he called said it came in went to do paperwork salesman stalled me for 3 hours then told me we will have to wait till next week to do paperwork we should be ready then I was shown about 6 prices and interest rates still don't know price of car. I think he was working off a list, who will pay the most went to another dealership with no problems.
