Chevrolet dealerships near me (Fort Lauderdale, FL)

Dealer is misrepresenting the options of C8 Corvettes. Typically they list Performance Package (z51) & Suspension package (mag selective ride option) but when pressed for confirmation they typically respond asking to get me to visit dealership. Eventually, days later they finally admit misrepresenting information. I’ve looked at a couple more C8’s & this is a consistent issue.

Buying a car was pretty seamless. I did all of my own financing and wrote checks for the 15k down payment. Paid for transport. Was told by the salesman delivery Friday. I went ahead and took our other vehicle to the Honda dealership and approved them keeping it until repairs were done as we thought a vehicle would be delivered. I contacted the transport who said they made it very clear to dealership that drop off would be Monday afternoon and even sent a picture of the contract showing a 7/31 delivery. Clearly this put us in a bind for work on Monday. When I contacted the salesman I got: sad face emoji back, a " what do you want me to do, sorry" text. When we called we got told that its 2024 and to take an Uber, if we were so distraught over not having a vehicle for 2 days we could contact the manager or owner or just send the car back. I asked how would you get to work if you didn't have a vehicle and you lived an hour from your job? No concern, no empathy, no real apology just rude.

This Auto Nation dealership wants to sell cars & satisfy customers. The Tahoe was honestly represented and my questions were answered thoroughly. Henry Dorelien is a qualified professional salesman who focuses on listening to the customer. His follow up is excellent.

WORST DEALERSHIP EXPERIENCE EVER. Drove 2 hours from Miami to not be greeted by anyone, store front looked dead, uninviting and worrisome off rip. Had to damn near walk to Alphonsos desk in order to get started on looking at the car i came there for. THEY WILL NOT honor their "beat any price by 500" rule. Alphonso believes a car with an accident that had 15k miles is still new car but the same car with no accidents and 30k miles is used? Anyway, there was a roach in the car and when alphonso didn't feel like hearing about all the issues we were finding around the car he sent another agent to help us. Who was actually friendly. If you see a car here and arent from that small town, safe yourself the drive and disappointment
