Very friendly and easy to work with. Managed to get a good deal on my trade in while also getting a better rate on my finance. Never rushed me and never gave me any real issues.

This dealer advertises prices ONLY to get you in the door. Highly disappointed in the bait and switch tactics used. As a serious buyer with limited free time i did not appreciate driving almost an hour to discover the price is NOT the price. We made an “appointment” which is the only way to “see a car” first red flag, even with the made appointment the car was “tucked” in a corner, usually a dealer ensures the car you are appointed to see is easily accessible 2nd red flag. Next we ask to start the car and take a look inside (you should never have to ask that). Then we sit down to start the purchase, the “sales man” pulls out a calculator and starts jotting down figures at this point my husband asks explain what you’re doing. He proceeds to tell us the price advertised is without a 20% deposit …whattt!!!. I blatantly ask is the price advertised not price?. He gets his “finance” manager to come over to “explain” the obvious. It’s highly deceptive and sleezy. Be forewarned

Walter (Wally) was exceptional. He took his time with us (staying after closing due to our work schedules) and was patient, honest and kind. We will be more than happy to refer anyone and everyone to go see Wally for their purchases! Overall, great dealership with no pressure, and Wally made the transaction stressless, seamless, and quick. My husband would rather go to the dentist than purchase a vehicle, and even he left smiling and unscathed. Thanks Wally!

The sales manager has difficulty knowing what trucks he has and what he sends to auction. Sales manager told me this truck went to auction and then called me 2 days later saying he mistaken this one for another one. Sorry but I cannot in good faith do business with distracted leadership.

Responded quickly, stating that the car I requested was sold and didn't try to bait me into going to the dealership.
