Not transparent. Both vehicles had abhorrent coffe stains on interiors. $31 k for a used car with the unacceptable interiors. Shady price tactics, and tons of hidden fees. Stay away from this dealership!

I read with car Bravo CPO they ensure new brakes and tires, this is not the case. I wish i asked for measurements of tread and brake pads. I was there for 4 hours, ready to pay in full but my salesman explained it comes out cheaper if I finance and I can take car today if I finance. None of this transaction went the way I wanted. Car was detailed nicely when i took it home to inspect further there was candy, gum, used lip gloss between the seats. I wish I waited, I wish I hit my bargaining points more strongly. So part of this problem is my poor consumerism, they keep you there, fatigue you, widdle you down. My salesman told me I didn't have my binder sent from insurance when it was sent in the first email, another 20 min hold waiting on insurance. I hate car salesmen. I hate car shopping, I hate financing. Durango has a slight hum. They aren't accountable for all the promises on 3rd party site like car guru. I will never stray from my local dealer again.

Drove all the way from Pennsylvania to see a CPO car I'd been in contact about—no one told me it had already sold before I made the trip. The manager was rude and pressured me to commit fast, even mentioning he wanted to go watch a football match mid-negotiation. We agreed on an out-the-door price, then the finance office sprang a surprise $600 "DMV processing" fee that was never mentioned and called it non-negotiable, so I walked away from the deal due to their shady bait and switch tactics. Get your full itemized OTD price in writing before you drive in, and watch for last-minute fees.

Cars show they’re available on websites and when you call they say they’re sold and CarGurus messages you claiming they’re still available and car remains on website for weeks after they’re not theyr

I was told one price online but when I walked in they tried telling me the price was 6 thousand more than what it was. Not including taxes and all other fees. The car isn't even worth that much and has been sitting in the lot for over a year you would expect some sort of price change, nothing. Even the tires were pretty worn out and me bringing that up the guy said out of "good faith" he would buy 2 tires but I had to buy the other two. Even gave me an attitude at first because I told him I wanted to go through with a bank and because he makes no profit he has to add another 2 thousand on top of that. This place is a joke and I wouldn't recommend buying from a dealer like this.

Great interaction with the dealership staff. Ultimately got a better deal closer to home, but this car was very fairly priced.
