The personnel at this dealership were to busy to attend to my request, they stated the finance personnel were busy doing something else and they asked me to return at a later date. I’ve decided to take my business elsewhere.

I asked them to send or post a photo of the battery capacity screen, which really should be standard procedure for all used EVs. This is the only way to know how much of the original range remains. They ignored the request and instead kept asking for my phone number. I made it clear that I would only be interested in the talking to them once I had evidence that the battery is in good condition. I also browsed the dealer's website and discovered that they charge $1,995 for "vehicle prep" and $699 for documentation on top of the advertised price. These fees are outrageous compared to most dealers. Don't be fooled by the low-ball prices they advertise.
