Dealerships near me (Bellefontaine, OH)

My husband and I were in the process of buying a car from this dealer. I was told it was priced at $13900. We negotiated a price down to $13,500.00. As my husband was finishing up looking at the car, I checked the website for Dave Carothers and discovered they had the car listed for $13,200.00. I asked them to renegotiate to $13,000.00. They refused to do so stating that the online price was a "mistake". Apparently, they saw us as suckers and tried to scam us to get more money out of us. Additonally, the other car we looked at needed rear brakes and rotors, and front tires. When asked about the brakes and tires, the salesman acknowledged that it needed both but would only fix the brakes. Why weren't the brakes and tires fixed before putting the car up for sale? It's a money grab! If you go to look at a car, beware that the price might not be what is advertised and the car you look at may have mechanical issues.
