I was extremely disappointed with this dealership! I made a deal with Craig at this dealership to buy the 2016 Mercedes E-Class I had inquired about. He took a $500.00 deposit from me. Told me we could complete the transaction anytime during the month. three days later he called me back to tell me that they were refunding my deposit and that they decided to wholesale the car to someone else. Very abrupt and when I protested he said "Sorry and hung up. For a high end Acura dealership, I feel I was poorly treated. Never heard from Craig or the dealership again. No further help offered. I was paying CASH for the car! I would say "Steer clear from this dealer." I can spend my money anywhere. I know when I am being mistreated!

Great experience. I did a MDX from here from Michael, but wasn’t this one. A 2019 white MDX. It was an absolute please and worth the drive!
