My 95 mustang gt issues

I just bought a 95 gt and it has a few issues it constantly
dings when the door is open even when the key is out the
battery will charge when car is running but dies overnight
and when running the break lights stay on

Few things I would check: Door switch for the lights staying on (coupe doors are heavy and known to wear out door switches quicker). The ignition will more than likely be the dinging with key out. Brake light switch is more than likely culprit for brake lights stuck on. Beyond that, it could have harness or ECU issues.
