Will a 5.0 fit in a 95 mustang that has a 3.8 l
engine in it

It's the same body, so yes it will fit. But you will need to use the motor mounts, and wiring harness, PCM from the donor car. I would also use the whole driveline, transmission, and rear end. Also upgrade the brake from the 5.0 to help stop with the added power.

Not worth your time, buy the SN95 platform (Mustang) with a 5.0 it will be much less $ and much less work.
