With the chip shortage are most new cars selling at or above MSRP?

I doubt CG's has an answer for that question. It is a hot market and people are having to wait in line to get cars so that is a good guess.

I talked to a few salesmen and yes, MSRP depending on vehicle or no more than 3% below.
