after changing my alternator and battery on my 98 bonneville I found a short. I took out the 9c fuse that controls the power locks horn the car is not dead in the am but now I dont have heat defrost or radio...what should I do.

I'd look for that short in the driver's door. Especially in the boot that goes from the main body to the door. Look for broken or worn wires. HTH. -Jim
