engine missing

im considering purchasing a montana and as i was testing it it seems to have a miss in the engine is this a easy fix or costly it seems to need new plugs and wires and a distrubtor

That's always a sticky situation...It could very well be a plug/wire/dist cap/ or even ignition issue. If you REALLY want to get that particular Montana, I would ask to take it to a GreenSlip (or something to that effect) station where they do an independent mechanical check of the vehicle and give it a thumbs up or thumbs down. If it turns out to be a burnt/stuck valve or other equiv. then you've saved yourself a lot of headaches (and money)
