I have a 2000 Bonneville SSEI I just had the oil changed pulled out went maybe 1/4 mile and my gages started dining check oil pressure oil pressure low what can causevthis

Either the guy's that changed your oil forgot to fill it or your oil pump has become plugged. I would first pull the dipstick to see if there's any oil left. If you do have oil on the stick, I would be bringing the car someplace to drop the oil pan and see what's not working right.
