2002 Tran am driver side head light

It doesn’t go up but I can pick it up by
hand is there a arm to left it broke the light
it self still lights up?

There is a link that pushes up the headlight when the motor turns. Sounds like yours is missing or not functioning due to an internal motor problem. Compare the bad side with the other side to see if the link is there. If itis, that you need to replace or repair the bad motor. The bearings in these are notoriously bad and repair kits are available from several sources. It is an easy job no matter which you choose.
