I have a 1980 chevy c10 shortbed and i
want to swap out the rusted bed with a
early 2000 chevy short bed stepside
what will i have to change besides the
fuel tank

Stick to your series C/K truck. 1973 to 1991. No guarantees all years will interchange but this is the starting point.
