I bought a new starter and battery for my 94 Plymouth voyager and it won't start not even clicking
is it a reman starter or new cause remans can still be bad
is there ppower at the starter when you turn the key
I turn the key and you can hear the fuel pump and everything else works but starter won't click
but if there is no power at the starter the solenoid will not engage but if there is you starter is bad
Ya all wires are connected to the starter the same way they came off
Is there a way to check power
a multitool meter but the key has to be turned to start so it will take two people
What else could I check if that's good
