I ran my f150 out of gas and put gas in it and now it cranks but spiders and spits and will not stay running what is the problem and how do I fix it

It is really easy for me to say that you burned up fuel pump But you need to know that the gas is the coolant for the pump. If you run it dry, or even habitually low, not submerged it will burn up. You need to check the fuel pressure on the injector rail -- should be 30 +/- 5 psi.
