Starting problem

My 1997  ford econoline 150  is  giving me starting problem....The battery is good,  the
engine is running ,I did the Emmission test last week ..all is v.good  , I changed the
Battery terminals  also .Sometimes it Starts and sometimes it does not...Sometimes
when I am driving  , and I slow down or put it in drive or reverse gear ...it stops and many
times  it does not give me any trouble at all. Please advise.

My ford is still not starting...I changed the fuel pump And the filter also....it started a few times but again same problem...It cranks but does not start...please reply ASAP Thanks
