sounds like the idle air sensor.

Thank you Mark! I took it to a hispanic mechanic ang he said its a fuel pump. I can't belived what he said because after it start the engine run fine! Where is this idle air sensor located at?

its usuly under the plastic cover on top of motor.usualy cylinder shaped and has 2 small bolts holding it in place.they get dirty and worn and your engine wont run well when cold or somtime it will make engine idle way to high.sometimes when u clean it it will work for a while .
