DJ, Im not 100% sure, but I believe the cut off switch is behind a kick panel (which youll have to remove) either under the dash or to the right in the footwell.. To reset the switch, youll either just have to push down on the button once, or if its the plunger type, youll have to press the plunger down 2 or 3 times. Attached is a diagram that is similar to your vehicle, but could still be in a different location depending on model. Hope this helps.

I found the shut 0ff switch, but it was in the down position. I pulled it up and pushed it back down but it still wont start. It was running perfect when we parked it but now it just spins over really fast and acts like it isnt getting any gas. Any suggestions?

Before starting, as you turn the ignition from the off to the on position, do you hear the whine of the fuel pump activating? If so do you have a fuel pressure gauge to check the pressure at the rail?
