I have a 2000 Plymouth breeze with 210,765 miles i bought it for 1500$ have never had a problem i shut it off and it gurgles there is no engine problems somone help me???

Sounds like you coolant system is boiling. When was the last time time you serviced cooling system? It migh be as simple as a thermostat and coolant sensor, and it could save you big money if catch it before it does any major damage ( over heat ).
