Car has new starter and new solinoid
but won't start it makes a rapid clicking
that's all.

Maybe the motor is seized , is it a standard ? Push start it . Remove some plugs and you should be able to turn it by hand from the harmonic balancer .. The starter could be a P.O.S. if it's quality is questionable . Try a jump start or fully charge the batt. It may also have a relay that allows a voltage drop , you should test for voltage drop in the cable between batt. and starter when you try and crank it . more than 1.5 is iffy .

Changed battery and si solinoid. Everything is good now.
