I want to know how to disable the auto theft device on my 1990 Nissan Maxima so my car will turn over It cranks up but will not start because of it.

My car has everything new in it that I have replaced but it wont turn over. The auto
mechanic said its the anti theft device is the reason why. They want to charge me 500
dollars to fix it. I know there has to be someone who knows how to fix it themselves.
