when I sell my car do I have to be present?

Can someone else hand over the car to Car Guru if I give that person power of
attorney?

t's really only about Title signatures. If the Title-holder is deceased or estranged (eg divorce), then a PoA is required. There are perhaps more subtleties but I'm not an attorney...just the now-retired SubaruGuru....
