Car dies every stop, and hesitates when turning, replaced fuel filter, and it's not the battery alternator or fuel pump?

Throttle position sensor? Throttle plate itself might be dirty. Try cleaning it with carb cleaner.

Power steering pump? Is it low on fluid?

Did you check for vacuum leaks? Check your ignition components? Clean the throttle body and or IAC?
