What causes my car to only accelerate to 5 mph ?

Asked by Randy Nov 27, 2014 at 02:09 AM about the 2002 Nissan Altima 2.5 S

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Also the battery light brake light and abs
light will come on. As well as the sunroof
not work also if you cut it off it will not start
without a jump. When the car does
accelerate properly the dash lights that
were on go out and the sunroof works
normal and car will start fine, Very weird.
150,000 miles on car motor replaced by
dealer 2 yrs ago no problems till 3 weeks
ago.
