Does the condensation from the rear seat air conditioner exit behind the rear wheel

Their seems to be a wet spot behind the passenger side rear wheel after the SUV is parked.

Unless the wet spot is anything other than clear I wouldn't be worried. This is usually the location for release of condensation from various accessories (air conditioner and heater) and completely normal.
