I AM PURCHASING 2019 TOYOTA RAV4 LIMITED

You used to be able to bargain up to 10 to 15 percent off, but with the limited vehicles for sale now due to the chip shortage, you won't be able to negotiate as much. If this was 6 months ago, I would say you would be paying asking price. See how low you can go. I would be more worried on how the repair was done. Can you notice if was ever repaired? I've bought used cars with clean carfax's that after purchasing I found out they had some repainted body panels. Good Luck.

Even in Canadian money that sounds like a lot! Personally I wouldn't buy it. Most likely the previous owner got the vehicle back and it's not right so they dumped it! Keep shopping! Hope that helps! Jim
