Why is my car not starting ?

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I had the battery checked 3 times and my car does
not start unless i get a  jump... the guys say its not
the battery. Is it electrical ? What can i do?

Sounds like it could be some bad battery cables, or bad battery connections, or bad ground connection.
