In a 2006 Nissan Altima 2.5 S,
with a 2.5L L4 QR25DE ... Can a
3.5L V6 VQ35DE be swapped in?

Only if you swap the entire powertrain, wiring harnesses and all the computers that go with the V6. And you may need to do a suspension upgrade due to the added weight. Big expensive job.
