Price Analysis accuracy?

How accurate is the Price Analysis on new cars?  How about the Instant
Market Value for new cars?

I looked at a 2019 new car with an MSRP of $82K.  Edmunds put the TMV at
$78K and the invoice at $76K.  However, the CarGurus price analysis says the
IMV is $71K and a great deal is $66K.  So is a dealer really going to sell a
brand new, never titled $82K car at a 20% discount to MSRP and 13%
discount to invoice?

I would use the invoice price as a negotiating point. No dealer is going to discount 20% off of invoice.

Thank you F_O_R. I would agree. At this point and in this case, the CarGurus IMV and Price Analysis tool doesn't appear to be accurate.
