need help

Well i got a 3000gt sl 1991 and i have just replace
the egr valve beacouse it was serging when driving i
smoke test it and the egr was leaking badly so i
replace it n also replace the valve cover gasket as
well the back spark plugs since i didnt have enough
money i bought gasket material n cut some for the
throttle body gasket n the intake manifold.. I turn
it on and still missing fire worst than before and i
dont k ow what could it be help

Take throttle body and intake back off and reuse your old metal gaskets. As long as they not bent they will work just fine. I have done it lots of times with no issues. Don't use any type of sealer on them.

The intake in my avatar picture has been on and off at least six times using same gaskets every time.

Sry to take over not sure how to post my own but i have a 94 sl fed spec but motor that i replaced old motor with is a 98 sl cali motor im running really rich. Was wondering maybe the old motor had egr and 98 motor doesnt could anybody shed some light on this
