Gotta really stay on top of dealer to fix this issue under the warranty, a threaten to return the car per lemon laws, that might at least motivate them more.

I have had my 2019 santa fe ultimate into the dealers for about 12 days of repairs for the auto stop/start not working. The dealer determined it to be caused by a defective battery but would not change it without authorization form Hyundai. Problem is the battery tested OK but it turned out to have a bad cell so the next time they ran the tests it was not OK. Hyundai kept them running the same tests over and over but would not authorize the battery replacement...Hyundai's customer service is absolutely atrocious....they not not give a damn about the customer. The dealer has been helpful but has had his hands tied by Hyundai.

I am having a similar issue with my 2019 Santa Fe that my battery keeps draining when parked. I have replaced my battery and it is still happening. Beyond frustrated as this car is no longer dependable. I have nothing plugged in and no lights left on.

My 2019 Sane Fe SE is back at the dealership for the 9th time. They have replaced the battery at 10K miles and a week later it had a dead battery. 1 month ago they replaced the alternator and now it's back at the dealership. This is def tied to the auto start/stop function. it never works!
