I have a 06 mitsubishi eclipse motor. 2.4 16 valve. with 5 speed trans. What all models eclipses is it compatible with AND can it be paired with an auto trans?

I was thinkn 06-09 but not sure...i have
already considered costs and located
several eclipses with blown motors...i
simply want to know which models it will
fit with no cutting or extra parts before
making a purchase.

Look up the eclipses specs from those years any of the cars that came stock with that engine will work just fine to swap it over
