Ford windstar stalls and rolls

Asked by Onassis May 17, 2013 at 07:31 AM about the 1998 Ford Windstar 3 Dr LX Passenger Van

Either when the car is idle at a light or i stop,or if i im going in reverse while turning,this car will stall and roll..Either going forward or reverse and its dangerous..
What is the problem?
I had a tune up,a new fuel filter put in and im wondering what can be the problem..
HELP ME!!

Check to see if you have any codes stored. Also check the idle air control valve(IAC). When they go bad it will also cause the same issues and will not always throw a code. It might just need cleaning.

Agreed. I would check for a vaccum leak in addition to what dandyoun stated.
