Honda Prelude 1991 rear brakes binding when rear steering turned to left

I have a 1991 Honda Prelude with rear steering, when I turn the steering wheel
to the left ( while driving) the right rear brake grinds in a repetitive manner (
once a revolution) then disappears when I straighten up i've checked
underneath and cant see anything catching, any suggestions???  Brakes are
fine Ive wire brushed around the calipers etc  (Help)

Sounds like wheel bearing has some play, Jack it up and with the weight off grab the wheel/tire and feel if there's any movement at all
