I have had my car for 4 month now. I got a tune up
and just today a oil change. I was in Traveling last
night and early the next morning . I stop to
Walmart and git my car back it began to jerk,  the
speedometer wasn't working, my engine light came
on.  And they said they couldn't find the problem. I
made a police report.  I'm far from home and I
need answers. I'm a mother if 2 kids I just want my
car fixed.

There's a variety of possibilities of what the problem is. Since your check engine light's on, have it hooked up to a diagnostic tester, and Walmart's service shop should have one. Whatever codes it gives you might be what your cars problems are.
