I have a 1998 mountaineer my front air only blows if I am driving at least 55 but if I stop it doesn't blow anymore. My back air blows good all the time

Sounds like the dampers that control the air flow are stuck in the position that feeds the air to the rear. Have the air ducts checked for proper damper operation.
