Wiper Blades stop working then start randomly

Sounds like the wiper motor is tired. The wiper motor is protected by a circuit breaker that's inside of the motor assembly. If the motor is drawing too much power for some reason the circuit breaker will trip and stop the motor for several minutes until the motor cools down. Then the circuit breaker will automatically reset and the motor will start working again for a while until the circuit breaker trips again. Hope that helps! Jim
